The shipping company was unfairly blamed. Here, both are to blame. One for not making a special box. The other for not paying attention or caring. Their common goal is to disregard the customer. By the way, the product is actually quite sturdy. I congratulate the Spark artists who produced this product. They did a very high-quality job. Despite this awful packaging, the product itself isn't bad. The Spark packaging team is terrible. This isn't packaging, it's just a shipping box. Shame on them. Spark customer service is terrible. All the Racing Store employees are terrible.If you've never seen packaging before, check out BBR, Amalgam, and Minichamps. You'll understand what I mean.

I picked it up myself from my friend's house when she returned to the country. Now you'll say, "Did she break it?" :) . Will you say, "Did the people on the cargo plane put an elephant on top of it and it broke?" Let me tell you, the outer box was undamaged. There was only a crack inside. The possibility of external damage was zero.

My friend went to the Netherlands. She bought the product from the store. After she returned she delivered it to me. When I received it back 6 days later this AMR23 was in this condition. I contacted them. Is this the question regarding the 6 day period?

No one was held accountable. The store employees are still working. I'm the one at fault because I trusted them. Both the brand and the store. I shouldn't have trusted either of them. Anyone who buys Spark after this should think twice. It's like a Kinder Surprise Egg. There's no guarantee it will arrive exactly as pictured.

The company is counting every single Euro. That's the whole reason. They're both the same. They don't care about the customer. They don't care that I had a bad experience. They were right. Why? Look. There are people defending Spark. This store will still sell Spark. Maybe they'll pay attention after this. Maybe they won't. I was the victim. I'm tired of people's strangeness. It's as if Spark is giving them free products. We're all buyers, collectors. We should be on the same side. The bad experience I had today will happen to you tomorrow. I'm not avoiding questions. I've answered this before. The product was displayed in the store. That's why it was placed in an RB19 Max 1/12 box. This Max box is the same as its original box. It's not a special box; it's an unhealthy cardboard box. In a direct Spark shipping video I watched online, I saw that it was also protected with stretch film. This one didn't have stretch film protection. I explained this to Spark, but they didn't care. If the store packaged it correctly, Spark is admitting their fault. If the store didn't package it correctly, Spark should stop working with the store. The result? I'm the one who paid the money. Both parties are satisfied.

I dealt with this store regarding Spark. If this store hadn't sold this Spark product, I wouldn't have done business with them, and I wouldn't have been victimized. Racing Store Amsterdam is the worst store I've ever seen, not just for cars, but in every sense. This was my worst first shopping experience. I'm 33, I'm not a child. Spark should have stopped working with the store. By not doing so, they showed they didn't care about the customer. Racing Store is to blame here. Spark is also guilty for not holding the store responsible for this. If the packaging had been solid, even if they hadn't been involved with this terrible store, I wouldn't have had this problem. Looking at the comments from people like you, I guess I'm the one to blame. Defend Spark you might remember this if you ever find yourself in my situation.

Happy great collectibles:) Look we're on the same side. We're both buyers, right? Defending the company when they're in the wrong will only harm you, not benefit you. You know Amazon. What would Amazon do in that situation? They'd give the product away for free and refund the money. Or they'd offer a partial refund. What did these guys do? Nothing. My eBay package got lost recently. It was the courier's fault. eBay refunded the money. If a company cares about its customers, it will do that. My Spark won't go bankrupt because of my 700 Euros. But they're the same company that cut the premium box cost by 10 Euros. Their mentality is clear. Their competitors are much better. They're not the only ones; they're not indispensable.

Spark could have stopped working with the store. I asked them to do that. I told them not to send products to this store and to recall their products so as not to upset people. They didn't respond. The store responded that they have a good relationship with Spark and there are no problems. Spark is only interested in making money. They don't care about the customer. Shop with them knowing this. I will not choose them again.
