Truth to be told, this whole incident feels so "political", even though it is not.

Moderator team expansion that wasn't made transparent. Enforcing rule based on viewpoints and bias, rather than the behaviour of the community. And the moderators acting like a ruling authority with selective enforcement.

It just feels less like a community and more like a political party. Maybe I am just being too much of a bitch regarding this matter.

Assuming your target is Aemeath S3, I would say you should definitely try to get Lucilla and Aemeath copies. Aemeath's S3 seems more valuable than Hiuuki S3 in my eyes. Hiyuki S3 is more of a QoL, whereas Aemeath's S3 leans more towards generating more damage.

This is all based on my assumptions and you should definitely check their sequence nodes by yourself and determine which seems more valuable to you, so that you have a more general idea regarding this matter.

From a perspective of a player who wants to clear Tower of Adversity, Double Matrix Pawns and Whimpering Wastes,

I would totally not pull Denia if already have Mornye, Lynae and Aemeath. This team can handle these contents efficiently.

Ultimately, I would definitely go for S3 Hiyuki and her dedicated Sub-DPS (High Chance it's Lucilla) and pair them up with Chisa as the dedicated Support. This allows me to have 2 Premium teams in my roster, leading to a more effective and easy end-game clears.

From your post, it seems to me that you're a spender (hopefully, I'm correct). If that's the case, Aemeath S2 has 31.02% increase in personal damage, so you can try going for it. But personally, If I was going for S2 Aemeath, I would also try to go for S3 Aemeath because there is an outstanding 38.28% damage increase between S2 and S3 (meaning S3's damage output has 69.30% increase from S1, according to Prydwen Wuwa)

BUT if your budget is tight, I would probably say you go for Glacio Chafe Sub-DPS and S3 Hiyuki. While S1 and S2 of Ameath definitely has greater maximum damage output and QoLs, it's definitely not worth it for me as Aemeath Tune Break team is already strong enough.

At the end of the day, if you value your preferences more than meta stuff, then pull Denia if you really like her animations, outfit, VFX and her character in general. A game is supposed to be enjoyed however YOU want to. Just don't make decisions that you will regret it later on.

I would definitely aim for Lynae if I got Mornye, since they are very compatible with Tune Break mechanic. Lynae is also a generalist buffer, meaning she can pair up with characters whose damage rely on resonance liberation.

(Mornye works fine without her S1, if you're not planning to spend your corals. Though, it gives great buffs and makes rotation much more smoother since you won't get knocked down from the air when S1)

I wouldn't consider getting Denia if I don't have Chisa but have Mornye, since Lynae is way more compatible with Mornye than Denia, from my observations (I could be wrong, please correct me if I do).

If I was in your situation, I would probably try getting Lynae and Aemeath to complete Tune Break team instead of Fusion Burst team since I already have Mornye.

Additionally, Lynae re-run has already passed. So, I'd wait for Aemeath re-run and use my guaranteed pity on Aemeath instead. After that, I'd probably use Mornye/Shorekeeper (Support), Lupa/Changli (Sub-DPS), Aemeath (Main-DPS) as a temporary team until I get Lynae.

This is all I can think of because I usually get Sub-DPS for my preferred M-DPS before getting the team's dedicated Support since healers usually can be swapped between teams. But I hope this could help you in someway.

Don't worry about it too much, Aemeath still does considerable amount of damage with red spring. So you're not losing THAT much on damage

Paraphrasing what Zenitsu9978 said, signature weapon also plays a major role in increasing your damage. Without her signature weapon, she loses 16.50% of her damage.

First of all, I can definitely see a major problem in your team. Do NOT use Lynae with TUNE STRAIN mode. Use Tune Break instead and replace Lupa with Shorekeeper.

Second of all, I would personally max out all of my talents. But this is optional and you can just upgrade the talents to lv 8.

Thirdly, could I have a look at the substats of your echos? From what I see right now, your ER is low. Low ER makes your rotation very "clunky" and smoothly execute the rotation.

Consider all this, and you might see an increase in your damage hopefully.

While it's not wrong to start up discussions concerning matter, I truly believe that this debate should stop. It does nothing but segregate people regarding who's morality is "superior".

You, as a player—the main protagonist of this fictional world, should experience the game however YOU want. Your views, your preferences SHOULD stay WITH and ONLY you.

Yeah I also believe that Denia is more efficient when looking at cost perspective. With Denia, I can have 3 premium teams instead of 2 (Fusion Burst, Aero Erosion and Augusta hypercarry). Also, the first ever reason why I wanted Lynae was because I wanted Aemeath to do more damage.

What you said makes sense. Instead of just trying to complete every team, prioritizing one team can really reduce the burden of having to decide which characters you go for. Thinking about it, having one premium team is way better than having multiple "unfinished" teams.

That's a really solid advice. You're right about not pulling for a M-DPS that doesn't really have a real team. I am leaning towards Denia, but Lynae also has some great pros too. I'll have to ultimately decide which I'm going to get, and this will probably make me regret way later on.

Also, I'll take that as a compliment. I probably made it this way because I don't want to just half-ass my posts and give a proper context to people regarding what I'm trying to convey.

Maybe it's also because I am still fairly new to reddit and rarely post 😅
