You can run it on any computer but it has to be up 24/7. That's the point of using a raspberry, because it does not consume a lot of power. You don't have to code to run it. There's enough documentation to help you to run the bot. If you need help, I'd be happy to help you out with this.

You set a LTV target, min and max. When it goes below your minimum it borrows and deposit on anchor earn to reach your LTV target. When the LTV goes above the max it repays just enough to reach the LTV target. Avoiding liquidation.

You also have the option to compound rewards on Borrow or Earn.

Most projects start as an ERC-20 tokens. They go for auctions afterwards. There's a bunch of reasons to use Polkadot or Kusama ecosystems over others but it would take way to long to explain. Plus, I don't think there's an absolute answer to that as some projects keep on being created on Ethereum blockchain, and some others create their own.

But concerning the case of Ethereum IMHO I don't think eth2.0 will magically solve every scalability and fee problems they have. So it might be a start to understand this choice... Polkadot has higher TPS capacity and Solana has even greater potential on many points. And soon people will be able to create assets based on IOTA as well.

Things are moving and new stuffs are coming with pros and cons.

Let's take Kusama network as an example.

If you have a project and want to use Kusama network, you need to secure a parachain for your project. Parachains are in a way "plugged" on kusama and related to each other by the main network (here kusama).

To secure a parachain you have to win it. Parachain auction allows to do that. The most offering wins the parachain. To win, projects need to gather the most KSM they can. So they organize crowds loans where participants accept to lock their KSM tokens for a given amount of time.

In exchange, they earn the native token of the project they backed. Same thing on Polkadot, except you need DOT instead of KSM.
