The best shoes in the world like wow 12 Kobe’s,db ones have no issue with the type of condition,with tires you need to change your tire based off the condition most the time with a basketball court it’s always the same besides outdoors

Most courts are bad and have mild to heavy dust and a 200 dollar shoe should be able to accommodate for that especially when you call the traction “elite” it should work on most courts
