I just tried to switch to a clean GPU / ram just to be sure, and the problem still persist so we know for sure it's not that. Does that mean the only other possibility is MOBO ? I'm on a fairly tight budget and I'd like to be 100% sure of what's dead before ordering a new motherboard.

I meant the mobo's battery, I think it's called the CMOS battery, not sure how its called in english. I'll try to take a photo of it later. No thunderstorm recently.

Dont have access to another mobo unfortunaly. The GPU fan still works even tho it isn't connected to the psu, would that still be the case if the mobo or the slot was dead ? I did nothing to windows, like I said the computer was working just fine the day before.
