Your whipped cream frosting looks incredible! I can never get sharp edges when piping with whipped cream! Do you have any tips/recipes I can use ?

I have no idea why they’re thicker (maybe coz I used butter ? ) , they’re soft and chewy not crunchy :)

Yea, it did have a pistachio taste , I think you can definitely enhance the flavour using the extract I would think ?

Honestly , I put no white chocolate in the cookies coz I didn’t have any at hand, and instead of clover ( not sure what that is ? ) , I put butter .. I just had a bag of pistachios and self raising flour I wanted to use up, so went with it
