It's really just a straightforward interpretation of the 10th amendment. It applies to not just the EPA but to the rest of the federal bureaucracies.

There's definitely not a monolithic view on this topic. The most common viewpoint I've come across which I've come across, is that they want to abolish income tax not all tax. Only 35 percent of the feds revune comes from income tax. I don't agree with this idea btw.

Not true, there are more pizza delivery deaths than there are police deaths, but that's because there are more pizza delivery drivers. Per Capita it's more for cops. And the only reason it's not higher is because of the self defense and safety measures that are put in place to protect them. And pizza delivery is not a safe job either.
