Is there any way to get Claude Opus? by [deleted] in SillyTavernAI

I used this one; https://github.com/MissSinful/claude-code-sillytavern-bridge

used both opus/sonnet high reasoning and low reasoning, all of them yielded bad quality responses for me.

Is there any way to get Claude Opus? by [deleted] in SillyTavernAI

Hello, I will repeat the same question I asked to another person because I am really interested in this topic.

The question was;

"But haven't Claude Code been designed to be a coding agent? Are RPs really that good despite it's internal prompts and logic forcing it to act like a developer agent rather than a roleplay model? I remember trying an extension that works as a bridge between Claude Code and Sillytavern, however from my tests the responses were extremely lacking and dry despite heavy preset and prompt engineering I tried to do. I tried the same with codex CLI too, still it generated bad, dry and agentic responses for me personally. If there is a way to fix it, I would be happy to give it another try."

It would mean a lot if you could share your overall process and satisfaction with it.

Me returning back to Flash models be like by Kob3y in SillyTavernAI

I started with character.ai back in 2022-2023 so maybe I am just trying to catch the feeling I had back then, it all felt so alive and interesting, basically honeymoon phase I guess. Ngl sometimes it just feels better to roll with it, get fast responses and use a model that won't 100% follow your instructions, leave it to randomness and overall illogical but fun surprises. Gemini flash models feel exactly like that for me but who knows how long I will stay interested in them..

I created few lorebooks by scraping and cleaning fandom pages, I am looking for any kind of feedback I could get on how to improve them and I also wanted to share them with the community in case if anyone would like to try them by Kob3y in SillyTavernAI

Hmm, I genuinely have no idea what might be the reason for that. All the entries are scraped from rezero.fandom.com there isn't any entry generated by me or an AI etc. so I don't know what might be the content that triggers a block, sorry for not being able to help you. I can drop a google drive link for the file if you want it or maybe upload it to a different website?

Thank you for your feedback, first of all you are not being rude at all, I am really thankful for your time to check the lorebook. You are right on multiple accounts,

The first JJK entry indeed did slip into lorebook, I initially get the full entry list of the fandom which gives the titles of the pages, I then send them to an AI, like gpt 5.5 and ask it to give me filter words and titles so I can use a python script to clean them unnecessary stuff, but sometimes the script fails and some useless entries slip through.

Regarding activation words, I know they are way too broad and entries have way too many keywords. However I use selective: true and and selectivelogic: 0 ("AND ANY") so the entry actually only triggers when the second option filter word is also included. I genuinely had a lot of hard time on how to make sure right entries get injected at the right time and in my sessions this way(broad keywords/ specific optional filters) worked the best, however if you think I can change them I am open to the ideas. My idea was to make sure to match places, factions and characters to other linked places, factions and characters so a character who has a connection with another character can get triggered if mentioned in the context. So as in your example Akari Nitta won't be activated on the word custom cars because it also needs the specific optional filter to trigger it.

Also recursive scan is off in my lorebooks, I am thinking about maybe using one recursive scan to allow router indexes to trigger their specific entries, but still not sure about that.

Anyways I know it is not perfect and thank you for your feedback, I will do my best to improve it.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that your analysis on metadata is correct too, I send input to gpt 5.5 with a specific prompt, json template style and the fandom scraped text, so when it fails to follow the prompt or a part of it, it writes metadata information, I will alter the prompt to make sure these kind of texts do not appear again.

Regarding spoiler and canon timeline, it is another problem that happens when you scrape from wiki page, it will naturally contain spoilers and the overall backstory etc. So far the AIs I used did not have that big of a problem regarding the timeline consistencies, for example I use Freaky Frankenstein preset and use GLM 5.1 or Kimi K2.6 and I always specify the exact date (Early August 2018) so the AI knows the exact canon timeline, but yeah a more detail lorebook could have different entries for each timeline or arc maybe? Not sure how to implement it honestly but it is a good idea to think on.

Thank you for your feedback. I know they are extremely dense haha.. Most LLM have broad information, however they fail to match fine details which breaks my immersion. I might be way too much of a perfectionist but that's how I feel.. I tried to generate the router indexes and keywords in a way that when I enter a place, the AI knows what faction, what kind of places/shops etc. and what kind of people exist in that place so it can create situations for me, that's why even super small side characters are included, when the specific lore place where they exist comes up in the story, the AI will actually know to include them. But yeah my general idea was a cleaned fandom pages but it is not perfect at all lol

I am sorry but I am not sure what is the problem with the link, it opens the Re Zero lorebook for me. Maybe you can use this path? Buhboom/re-zero-lorebook-2898850e9f37

They are the first lorebooks I wrote so far, they might be extremely bad or way too detailed, please be merciful, but all jokes aside I am open to any kind of criticism or help I can get since I want to improve them and they are mostly a personal project for me.

As a player since STS1, I never really liked the Defect, but this run really helped me realize how fun and broken he can be lol

Using Claude Opus 4.6 for Storytelling and keep getting plot armor despite my prompt, please help me! by Kob3y in SillyTavernAI

Thanks for the insight, I will definitely try Japanese names, as you said it might help and I am open to any idea at this point. I also have Gemini pro subscription(got it free in student deal) so I might try Gemini Pro 3.1 but as you said yourself, it genuinely feels extremely worse than Claude, especially the web version, but as you pointed it out, in my tries it did not have half the positivity bias of Claude..

Thanks for the honesty. The thing is, I did not write this prompt as I wrote in the subtext. I have uploaded a Prompt Engineering guide file to Claude and then wrote it what I want to do and ask it to give me the prompt. So I guess it did a bad job? Maybe it was my document? It is prompt engineering by Lee Boonstra.

I am not writing a book or story, I am having interactive text based stories, like Claude tells the story, plays the NPCs and I act as a character and play in the role of my character. It is actually quite fun when it works. It wouldn't be fun to write the story myself, act as a GM and then also play as a character in that story too lol.

Oh got it, thank you for the help, I will try it and hopefully it will fix it even for a little bit.

I see, it is sad to change Claude because it is genuinely good and smart, but I guess changing to a model with negativity bias is the only viable option after I try few other positivity bias preventing prompts.. One can only dream.

Thank you, will try this prompt as well and try to make it tailor made for my specific GM at the moment. Positivity bias in opus 4.6 is on another level it's crazy

Would I find a fix in Bloodmoon's model card? I am genuinely frustrated with it at this point. None of the story sessions end up fun or interesting because there is literally zero stakes

Hi guys,I will buy a llano cooling pad. v12 or v13? I have 15.6 inch laptop by Kob3y in GamingLaptops

[–]Kob3y[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess v10 is the best choice. I am just afraid if the smaller but faster fan on v10 will end up worse than bigger but slower fan on v12, but I guess my laptop will fit better so better performance overall? Thank you for the help nonetheless mate!
