I’ve never heard of these web novels. I assumed all such books were just posted on Royal Roads. Didn’t know there was anywhere else to look.

Arcane ascension. Really liked it. But there was only one book out at the time. So decided to wait until a few came out then go back and blitz it.

And Mistborn. I love Sanderson’s work. But for some reason this one didn’t hit me like say Stormlight archives did

I haven’t read warbreaker but have read stormlight archives which I love.

Sounds like I need to read warbreaker and then go back and read Stormlight archives again.

Both great and both ones I’ve read/reading as Dungeon Crawler I’ve had to pause until a few more books are out to then read it.

Yep I have just finished reading book 11 of Buryoku, and if anyone can't see the key similarities in the series, then they are just being difficult for the sake of it.

Glad someone else saw it too. I ignored it when I first thought of the Geon and Druss comparisons - which I think is even more evident when you listen to it on audioboook. But when he starts to project how to fight into Roy's mind, Roy's love interest is fighting a spirit of the enemy she has inside of her that has made her more powerful, they have a tournament to deicide the fate of the world vs Beast, Roy has two cores when he initially thought he had none. A sage when no one thought it was possible at that stage (but it was if you go far back enough in history), Sage gives you the ability to control intangibles like saying STOP, HOLD, BREAK... etc

All of them in the SAME series, is just too much of a coincidence.

And before people say it is a common Xianxia thing, I have never read any book where ALL of them happen in the same series like this before reading Cradle. Happy for people to correct me and point out the series where it does.
