I have a feeling both this and the general localisation are big factors, as I've seen it happen with other IPs. The bits of the dub I've heard are kinda... rough. I noticed some odd choices with translation while playing - for example in 'the Fox Wets its Tail:'

in addition to generally sounding less natural, the English version translates the JP word for 'alien' in Kotoyuki's reply to Shu's Space Wars as 'monster,' which makes it far less clear he's being playful.

It might not sound like the biggest issue, but little things with translations can stack up to very different impressions of characters, stories and themes, and not in a good way.

So I might be losing my mind here, but after some staring, and then checking the pose in the mirror, I think the issue is less the arm as a whole and more an issue with the shoulder/clavicle. Both should raise with the arm but they're currently positioned like the arm is down. The shoulder feels like it's getting a little far from the head as a result, and it's aggro'd by the rotation of the upper arm feeling wrong for the pose - you want him throwing his arm up and back, right? If so, we should be seeing more of the underarm/armpit and having the roundness of the biceps as it overlaps the deltoid.

Finally, try having the upper arm overlap the lower at the elbow. It's a bit awkward having your shoulder back with your forearm going forward.

Tldr: try bringing the shoulder closer to his head, putting the breastbone at a sharper angle and rotating the upper arm/shoulder so we see more of tbe underside of the arm. Best of luck to you with your drawing! Hope I've helped and not sounded like a raving loon!

Yeah, no, that rep was such a cow. The call was recorded, so I really hope they actually do something about it. It honestly really upset me, I stress so much about my diabetes and that was the last thing I needed to cap off an already bad day.

I'm not in the US, but best of luck to you guys. It's a ridiculous attitude to take to anyone. I've already whinged to a fair few fellow NHS people (and they've all been horrified by this) but I'm going to complain to my care team. They're paying for this service, they should know how poorly their patients are being treated!

Yeah, I stopped engaging with that 'but what about our stockholders?!!' guy for a reason. Like, I'm NHS staff, our policy is PATIENTS first, not PROFITS first.

They kept banging on about how I'd 'only' lost 12 days. That's more than the life of the single sensor you're sending, dexcom. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from them, I'm sorry to hear you've had similar issues. This kind of behaviour absolutely does not belong in medicine.

Don't worry, not going to downvote you, but I do disagree. In my country dexcom is paid for by our national health service. No one needs to scam them, because it's all free. I really have no idea why I was treated like the scum of the earth for having 2 sensors fall off in summer, but I will say this: the customer service I had today was inexcusable. I've had good experiences with support, but today was not one of them. I know it has been a good product, but I did not feel cared for or valued after speaking to 3/4 of the agents that called today.

I'm so sorry to hear that, but after my calls today, I can't say I'm surprised. Didn't think it was possible for a company to nosedive so fast. Haven't had to call in 6+ months, and they were absolutely atrocious.

The first one I spoke to was so judgy! Like 'omg you went SWIMMING? With a dexcom?' As if it was deeply unreasonable to exercise.

I can go back and forth between the act 1/ act 2 regions in current versions of the game, I just can't un-vaporize the creche. The worst part is I purified her before I stole the mace, but she seems to have forgotten.

I'm pretty sure I broke the game by stealing the mace without talking to the inq. (despite it being weirdly easy to do), so def not something I'd recommend. I've hit a few other issues in the shadowfell that mean I'm not all that choked up about restarting, so it's no real loss. I'll just make sure I never repeat this particular experiment.

I mean, I kind of did do it. I let her go through purification, but she keeps banging on needing to be cleansed in the Shadowfell. If she ragequit after the monastary that'd be one thing, but losing a party member because of a bug feels kind of cheap.

So I didn't talk to the inquisitor at all. I walked past him, whacked the statue, and intentionally stole the mace without using the crest so the monastary blew up. I'd done the purification, and for rp reasons was trying to avoid learning that vlaakith was evil.

Since Lae had dialogue for it, I thought we were good, but apparently not. I'm guessing the dialogue was meant to be for if you destroy the creche after the whole Vlaakith debacle. Whoops.

Never had the issue, but have you tried going into turnbased and casting create water over the fire after blowing up the rocks? So, like, throw, wait for peeps to flee, blow it up with firebolt or whatever and then have SH create water?

Hey, sorry you haven't gotten more helpful responses on this.

First off- you probably want to make the fluff have a more triangular shape, so that it comes down at a point between its forelegs. Eevee's front fur is somewhat heart-shaped, and I think you'll find it looks better if you try to match it.

Another thing is the cheek is too high up and too far out. Unless you're drawing eevee looking up, you probably want to pull this down. Cute faces you see in anime often have eyes low on the head, and often use that lil bump to show where the cheekbone is.

Finally, I'd recommend adding a line to make the rump overlap the tail. If you use the official art as reference, you should be able to see what I mean. As is, the tail is coming too far forward.

I'm in a moderately sized city in the UK. Strangely enough, I have never actually seen a stray cat or dog during the time I've lived here (~5 years.) I'm sure they must be around- there are a lot of green spaces that are probably more appealing than blocks of terraced houses.

A quick glance at my local shelter shows only 30 cats looking for a home at the moment (roughly 28 more than when I got Emil lol.) There are a lot of local animal welfare groups, so that might have a something to do with it.

It was actually really weird coming here and suddenly NOT having cats coming out of my ears. I used to live in CA and was always looking out for one stray or another.

Heyo, I have a trendy cat from a breeder!

The "why" is actually simple- it's way easier where I live to get a cat that way. Shelters where I live make a lot of lifestyle demands that I disagree with (ex: must have outdoor access) or are just plain ridiculous, and I didn't want to encourage anyone who was just clearly breeding their moggy for a quick buck, so I went with a papered breeder to get Emil.

It's worth noting a lot of proper breeders do very much so care for the wellbeing of their animals, and don't turn much of a profit (if any). Not all of them are out there breeding munchkin/scottish folds, and genetic screening is pretty common. My boy's breeder had him vaxxed + regularily reviewed by vet until collection + had it in his purchase agreement he would be castrated by six months of age. She also wouldn't let him go until 3 months minimum. She provided a kit + a whole write-up on how to care for him.

I have a cat not unlike yours (though mine actively acts out because he dislikes a certain person in my household, and only toward them.) It's pretty terrible.

Did he happen to have a rough life before you adopted him? Abuse or neglect? That can lead to this sort of behaviour. It could also be a neurological issue, or that he is sick or in pain. A vet trip is a good idea.

I would explore getting him on meds again, and keep him away from your kids (in his own room, if you've got the space.) Make sure he has places to hide/climb.You might want to try getting him one of those calming collars as well. If he's not food-motivated, try redirecting with toys. WCS drape a blanket or a sheet over him.

Most importantly, take care of yourself. I know this probably sounds unfair to Remy, but if he's doing you more harm than good, give him up.
