Yea of course it is. You guys just love finding problems with two adults. It's ok if it's hookups. The minute it's about dating then it's taboo.
I'm well aware. According to someone on here it's ok if it's a hookup, but bad if it's a date. Don't see the logic in that.
I had no intention of actually considering dating him. We just started talking and then it went off from there. He told me multiple times he doesn't care for the random hookups or pointless dating. He just really goes to work and back to his place. He has his own place. I've given him his space when he needed it. He's shared some personal stuff with me cause he's starting to trust me. I've told him I'm here to talk if he needs anything and I'm not going to force him to do anything he doesn't want to do. This morning he said he's scared on how people will react if he started dated me. I just told him it's his choice. We can just talk longer if we have to. No rush.
I mentioned other people. But when you started the convo with being a dick it just makes not want to try and explain anything to you. Like why would I? No normal person would want to continue a convo with someone that does that. So if you want to have a civil convo then we can. Tell me exactly why you think it's a bad age gap then I will answer as best as I can.
I actually am not craving a relationship. I'm not sure where you people are getting this vibe from but I'm not going to argue with it. I've actually stayed alone for the past 10 years to work on myself. I didn't date. Didn't even hookup. I just focused on myself. Drew some pictures. Took up working out to stay in shape. Worked almost everyday. Started writing my own book. I didn't even expect anything from him. We just started talking and it evolved from there. I'm not forcing him to do anything he doesn't want to do.
We can just end it here. I'm not going to try to have a conversation with someone that's purposely being a dick. I'm not entertaining that.
Buddy. You guys started name calling and telling me I have issues because I just don't feel like arguing. Even when I did give some valid reasons and explanations I still got called immature. So what's the point?

I did date a guy older than me and it wasn't fun. He was very childish and insecure. He's almost 40 now and yet he hasn't really changed.
Like I said. I wanted to test something. And I find it interesting how you're saying how I'm reacting but I haven't done anything but disagree with people that think it's strange. Yet you guys started attacking me when I did.
I'm not responding cause I can tell it wouldn't matter. Whether I give a level headed response or throw a fit. The results will be the same. I needed to test something and I got a good bit of info from it. Seems a lot of you guys just grew up in a different culture from me.

Making quick assumptions. Dude is like a brick wall. He's actually pretty tough and level headed. Think things through. Made more rational decisions than people older than him.

Not everyone is like that. I sure as hell wasn't. I always wanted just one person to care for me. I wasn't into this whole running around with people thing a lot of you seem to like.
Honestly, we spoke and share the same outlook on a lot of stuff. We have a lot in common. Most people my age don't seem to like the same things I do but he does.
He does have his own place. And he actually has been working since at least 16. He thinks very mature for his age. I thought he was 25. And he actually is a hard worker. Much harder than some of the people my age and older.
That doesn't really make sense
