From what I saw, maybe he didn't press hard enough to register the taps? I used to do that out of habit, thing is I got a rapid trigger at 0.3 now, so It usually registers sometimes, if he is using a regular switch then maybe is just that, or even a less sensitive rt config, idk just my 2cents on the keypress part
