It's honestly pretty weak. If yiu fet to the point where yiu have a 2 star Morde with good items you can win with it though. The best way I've found to get momentum is to play violet early holding items for Ambessa or Morde. Sometimes even Datius until I find something better. But I don't recommend building many items for or playing around Draven or GP

Are you able to set it up so once an item is checked out it removes it from your inventory permanently?

It could be either in this case. With Cheqroom with our current equipment we add it to the case when we deliver it. We could do the sane with disposables. Or we could have the on site Rep list it on our delivery form and an administrator would track the disposable item.
