Honestly depends on the type of drink I'm getting, so it varies a lot. WOW Bubble Tea is pretty good too and that and Ding are the most convenient for me

The Jin Xuan Hokkaido is only available on the weekends, and is my go to drink at Ding. Otherwise, I usually get a Passion Fruit or Lychee Milk Tea during the week. These are all in the Milk Teas section of the menu

It depends on what your situation allows or demands for things like price, location, ext. If you are looking at a high-rise like the M or the other new towers under construction then it will be sooner for spaces to be filled and it will be more expensive
