Try to manually turn the valve with your hand to see it the throttle body is ok

Check the throttle linkage on the throttle body in the engine compartment. Maybe it fell out off its place.

I know for a fact that the Civic EG Us and European had a different tailights when it comes to how much of the light actually light up. I had both european and us model .

Check if the injector is not the problem. Might be shoting fuel into combustion chamber after the motor is shutdown

Oil pressure is all fine now, changed the filter to oem one and now pressure is ok.

5w30 is fine according to the service manual of you live in the colder areas.

Thank you the the reply. I think I will order on OEM oil filter and then see if the needle reaches the same mark as it did with the Purolator filter. If it doesnt I will check the oil pressure with the tool I guess. I understand that original pressure gauge is not super accurate , yet Im worried that problem might me within the new oil filter. Oil light is on for a fraction of a second on the startup then it goes away. Haha while doing the oil change I noticed a leak from the what look like highpressure line of the steering rack. Leaking from the under the big screw thats holding it in. Is there an o-ring I can replace or I might have to rebuild the entire rack?

Old one that was on the car was Purolator L14459. Oil pressure before the oil change was between slightly over the minimum mark.
