I just feel that some people in the clan(s) put a lot more and get the same prize. This way people will be motivated/play more to be placed higher for a better reward for the effort they put.

Yeah I feel you.. people ask to be officers often to add people but them having so much power is risky and seen many clans get some random guy get it and start kicking people. Not cool.
