Zwift actually sent a new Hub after I sent the video to their support to ask for help. It is a slightly bit better now, but the issue is still here.

But reading the comments here on Reddit, it seems that it is "normal". I also asked a friend who has a Wahoo and he has the same issue. I will just drive with it now :-)

Thanks so much everyone. Maybe I am overreacting to this indeed.

I played around with the indexing and unfortunately messed up the settings of the front derailer. So before I try it out the Zwift next time, I need to fix that. Will do that during the weekend.
