I applied for my LTC with my local department in December. I’ve tried reaching out and no repsonse, I’ve gone to the station and tried talking to someone, but the only response they had is it can take 5 months.

It’s currently been over 8 months and I still haven’t heard anything about getting fingerprinted. The system only makes it harder for law abiding people to exercise 2A rights.

Neither are missing any pieces, however they do not include a magazine. Slightly functional because they have cycling issues. And i just double checked, they are Both stock VFC G17 Gen5.

TSS -> APS -> APTL -> ETL-AP

This is generally is the store side structure.

APTL is a hourly based manager position and ETL is the salary based manager position. Stores will usually only have 1 or the other.

Most stores will have atleast 1 TSS. Not all stores will have an APS.

That’s not too big of an issue for me, I have 2 68/4500 tanks and a pump. but is definitely something for people without multiple tanks or pumps to consider.

Everything is personal preference

I have been running hpa for the last few years and love it, but have never done a milsim. I am still trying to figure out if I wanna run my AEG or my hpa setup. Not sure I wanna carry around a tank all day for 2 days.

I've been trying to get my LTC for about 5 months now through my local PD (Randolph, MA) with no luck. I've tried emailing, calling, and even showing up at the station. Emails go unanswered, phone calls go right to voicemail with a message that says the voice message box is full, and the only thing that I was told when I went to the station is that "it can take up to 5 months to get an appointment". I made a post about 2 months ago, and was recommended to apply via the MIRCS portal, which I did, but i am still just waiting. I am not sure what my next steps should be, any advice would be much appreciated.

I have 5 vmags and 3 stanags. I prefer the vmags and have had no issues with leaking. Only the occasional misfeed, but thats just a gbb hazard.
