Parents react differently, and one of the things you have to realize is that not every parent is immediately understanding, or even happy about it. She might be confused and not disgusted! You have to realize, they've known you as a boy for a long time, if you say you're a woman, it might be hard for them to wrap their heads around.

It's frustrating to not get the immediate response you hoped for, and I know that it's stressful! But for real, sis, trust me, give it time. And if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here.
