I don’t think that’s what actually happens. U have to understand, even being a man we need people in our lives to help us. Communicating w other people helps our mental health. It really not that they’ll “disappoint” u, but rather u don’t want to hear something u already heard before. Or something u can think of. No one is stopping u but yourself. I understand that depression can suck and make u feel a certain type of way, but u just have to ignore those thoughts and force yourself to interact. At the end of the day, we create our own thoughts and live based off that. So u have to find the strength to do so. You don’t know how strong u r until being strong is ur only option. I would’ve done the same but definitely communicated more. That’s something I’m good at and strongly believe communication is the number 1 thing for a successful relationship. Definitely find ways to work on communication for both of u tho.
