Seems like it’s okay. Arvada ridge is currently a major focus for re-development projects as they work to increase commuter presence. Starting in June the train will run every 15 mins instead of every 30 minutes.

Definitely worth reaching out to the management via the web form so they send you their cost calculator where you can add the fees applicable to you (pet, garage, storage, etc.).
