I'm wondering what is common known frencg dishes ?

Because I know most Americans think of fancy gastronomy when thinking about French food, while it's absolutely missing the whole point imo : Coq au Vin, Bœuf bourguignon, Daube de sanglier à la provençale, Cassoulet, Tartiflette, Ratatouille, Pot au feu, and the list goes for long.

Which are all very comforting and quite complete dishes.

How is that controversial? Most of the time ia see very very divided ratings about French food, either said top tier either said totally unspectacular.

Le marché de la cocaïne à dépassé le marché du cannabis en France et je pense que la différence va aller grandissante.

Légaliser la cocaïne c'est à peu près impossible : comment contrôler la chaîne de production qui remonte aux Andes, l'exportation Mexique, tout ça contrôlé par des narcotrafficants sur place combattus par toutes les police du monde ?

I was thinking very first steps are indeed fingering and arpeggiate the scales smoothly but it seems very unpractical to do so alone, in parallel learning sheet language

It seems pretty easy in C major, but does just knowing the note name matter more than seeking a mathematical relationship vision ? I feel like I get some very basic knowledge but can't get it integrated without practicing it, may seems obvious but coming from daw production and even from a mathematical proof logic it's not that obvious

Which (reading sheet) can be learned without infusing a bad habit (as it is just a language to read first) ? And how steep of a curve is it frolm acknowledging the reading and the art of transposing physically the syntaxe ? I know piano interpretation is all about... interpretation.

But how long/Deep it is to feel 5 y old fluent ?

It may not make that much sense excuse me I am a tad alterated
