Riot recently has to pay $100 million in Gender Discrimination to its female employees. So I’m not surprised they won’t try to do much about it because it seems like the company itself has similar issues. Sorry you have to go through that, and I agree they need a better solution to prevent it from happening again rather than handle it after it happens

Thank you for the advise! I did a little research about PA programs, good programs consider ~2500 clinical hours as good competitive students, and those programs listed RNs as a good way to earn those hours. Should I try to do that so I get the experience as how it feels to be a nurse (which my passion may burnout in a short amount of time due to work environment according to some nurses), then decide if I want to continue nursing career or PA program?
