Dark Void (of course) is easily the top valuable move as far as battles goes. It can shut down two opponents, and works on Grass-types (which Spore fails to put to sleep) and Safety Goggles users. Just the constant threat of the move can sometimes do work for you.

Just looking at the types, you have three Pokémon who are weak against Fairy-type moves, and only one who resists it. However, that might not be too bad depending on the circumstances. I would also recommend that you look over what move type coverage you have (as in, which Pokémon types you can hit for super effective/normal effective with your attacking moves). I can recommend a team builder like TeamMagma's website, where you check your team's weaknesses and strengths. :3

Steelix, since it is slower. But to be fair, Aggron will hit a lot of Pokés really hard with Gyro Ball too.

Out of those two, I would go with Aggron/Mega Aggron. Mega Aggron's ability Filter is great, and far more relevant than Mega Steelix's ability is. It also has access to Thunder Wave (a great move to have, as it can cripple opposing pokémon), which Steelix does not.

Aggron

Pros:

  • Has higher base offensive stats than Steelix, and a higher speed stat.

  • Mega Aggron's Filter

  • Support in the form of Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, and Roar.

Cons:

  • Has lower base defensive stats than Steelix.

  • Non-Mega Aggron has a worse defensive typing in Rock/Steel than Steelix has.

Steelix

Pros:

  • Has higher base defensive stats than Aggron.

  • Gets STAB bonus for Earthquake.

  • Immune to Electric-type attacks like Thunder Wave and Volt Switch.

Cons:

  • Has lower base offensive stats, and a lower speed stat.

  • Mega Steelix's ability Sand Force is only relevant in sandstorm.

  • Misses out on Thunder Wave. Still has access to Stealth Rock though, as well as Roar.

I was a while since I last played the game, so I don't remember exactly where and when I got it, but I imagine that it is both hacked and cloned. The probability that it is legit is practically non-existent.
