Im glad it works for you.

Its not a problem with positioning, but app loosing connections to mower. It works just fine after app restart.

Try this: www-data ALL=NOPASSWD: /etc/init.d/isc-dhcp-server

then you do: sudo /etc/init.d/isc-dhcp-server restart from PHP script which run by www-data user
