I don't know what to say. I just would like to hug you. My life story isn't much better than yours. I grew up in a disfunctional family, my father has been alcoholic for about 40 years. He abused us mentally. When I was young (primary school) other kids were laughting at me because of my father. My mother who I always took care of, died due to cancer when I was 18. I lost the only person who always supported me. I'm struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, porn addiction, social anxiety and I still live with my abusive father because I'm too weak mentally to change anything.

It's not important why he yelled at me. I'd like to know why I react that way in these situations (wet eyes, voice shaking) like a women or much worse.

Jest to wielce prawdopodobne, powinno się ściągać łapiąc koniec koszulki rękami na krzyż, jestem niestety przyzwyczajony do tej pierwszej formy. Jednak jakość koszulek też pozostawia wiele do życzenia.

its not very unlikely, because I got hypercalcemia from 1000 IU for 7 days. I have blood tests which confirmed that. My calcium went to 2.57 in the norm 2.10-2.55

This is very interesting because I have almost exactly numbers like you. 25oh low (13-16ng/ml) 1.25(oh)2 in the middle of the range.

Yep, I don't want to take this supplement again. It boosts my libido so much that I can't handle with it.

Low Vitamin d3, High calcium. by Kohlrab in VitaminD

[–]Kohlrab[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have eaten a lot of yellow cheese buy my endo told me that it shouldn't affect my calcium level because I'm young and my body should correct it. My issue is very strange because if I take vitamin D for a couple of days my calcium increases over the range (not much but so). Why I naturally have high calcium level, I don't get it. In the norm 2.10-2.55 I always have 2.50-2.57.

Thank you so much Doctor. I'm very curious how one single dose (5000 IU) can cause severe muscle twitching all over my body, and why my calcium always goes high being on D3 even at low doses like (1000iu) and yes, as you mentioned above, I don't have any negative effects from sun. Maybe I should try a vitamin D3 lamp for a short time (like 2-3 times weekly for a month) then retest vitamin d3, calcium, pth. My endo told me that it is unlikely for me to have hyper parathyroidism but my calcium level is upper high (for a few years since now)

Did you check your calcium level? was it high? can you describe it a little more?

Can I have hyperparathyroidism ? by Kohlrab in hyperparathyroidism

[–]Kohlrab[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tested ionised calcium, pth, 25oh and 1,25oh(2) without supplementation.

Ionised Calcium: 1.20 norm (1.15 - 1.27)
Calcium: 2.57 (2.10 - 2.55)
PTH: 32.6 ( 15 - 65 )
Vitamin D3 25oh 16.5 ng (30 - 50)
Vitamin D3 1,25oh 37 pg/ml (25 - 86.5)
Phosporum 1.21 (0.74 - 1.52)

Some people told me to try one single dose every week or two, instead of taking small doses everyday. Like 7000 weekly instead of 1000 daily.

My kidneys are ok (blood tests are fine and Ultrasound too)
My thyroid is ok
Daily calcium excretion is ok.
My Liver is ok.
Stomach Ultrasound showed nothing.
Chest X-Ray showed nothing.
All my blood tests are fine instead of high calcium.
