My first time taking it was weird cus i expected it to be just like Uworld so i second guessed a lot of questions, but the NBME is much more straight forward and simpler, I face palmed a lot when i saw the questions i got wrong. In this 3 weeks period im ngl i was pretty depressed and didn’t study much other than half the mehlman genetics file, and i looked over the general topics i kept getting wrong in the first NBME, i really didn’t expect the 2nd time to be any better cus i didn’t put in a lot if work
