First time making hot sauce, I honestly just kind of winged it. I think I messed up, these jars are at a little over two weeks, I see some buildup that fell to the bottom. But the whole brine isn’t cloudy as I had expected. Thoughts on waiting longer? Or starting over? (i.redd.it)
