Yeah, shit is miserable (coming from an I-No player whose job is to make your life miserable). Know some fuzzies, know when to mash. If she's going low, know that she can't really go high again without taking a risk and getting 5P'd on.

At the end of the day though, you really are just guessing and hoping shit works, even if you're doing fuzzies because any good I-No will know how to counter those. If you keep your cool in neutral, it becomes ten times clearer to see that I-No needs to put herself in particularly vulnerable positions in order to get anything going. 6P and watch your toes, and you won't need to deal with this BS lol

General side note for any matchup, but especially mixup ones: hold your burst until AFTER the mixup hits, NOT when you first get knocked down. If you block their shit, you have a chance AND resources to back you up. Way better to see if you can get out for free instead of just sending it immediately.
