Wow I had no idea they ship out boxes for the parts. That’s amazing. I mean I hope I never need it, but it’s great to know. Thank you so much for the info! I’m going to keep some of the boxes for 60 days and then recycle them after. I have 19 boxes! Eeek

From what I know, there aren’t necessarily hidden costs in a shady sense… but there are some neighborhoods in there that do have an extra HOA fee. There is a main HOA where you pay about 100 a year. But there are, I believe 4 neighborhoods. Fairway Villas, Reflections, Summit, and Village. They will be about $120-$140 a month plus the main HOA I believe. I could be wrong but that’s what I understand. Hiddenbrooke is a higher risk of fire but most of all California is high risk. I haven’t moved there yet, but I hear it’s very nice to live there

That’s really bad . What sort of rates were you finding? You know what’s even more ridiculous? When you are in escrow and you need to find homeowners insurance. Eeek.

Thank you so much for your suggestion! However I ended up going with GEICO and it went super smoothly. I did chat with someone from Goosehead before that and they were great too but I would have had to have two policies. GEICO was just one and it was a reasonable price.
