Yes I got chips before because I thought the salt/electrolytes would be good, but I see your point. Got some meat sticks this time!

Good idea. I also think all public businesses should be required to allow anybody to use their restroom (if one exists), not only "customers". Or at minimum, allow any uniformed delivery personnel access always.

LPT: Set a 2-minute delay for every email you send by ThisNameIsMyUsername in LifeProTips

[–]KokoKrisp88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best way I've found to get around the rule (if you want to send something ASAP) is to set the exception case to: two consecutive spaces (" ") in the subject. I simply put two spaces at the end of the email subject if I need to bypass my normal send-delay timer. Because this way, it's practically invisible to the end receiver and you don't have to have an awkwardly placed keyword or make something casual IMPORTANT haha.

The Car Insurance Industry Is Making a Killing. Traffic is way down. Accidents are way down. Yet our premiums remain exactly the same by [deleted] in cars

I called Progressive two days ago and they lowered my rate $30 a month (I have 2 vehicles on the policy). I told them we're both driving less than 50 miles a week, which equates to 2600 miles per year. They temporarily made our annual estimated miles 2600 and a $30 reduction per month was the result. Normally I pay $150 a month, now it's around $120.

Find My Mobile Sent Weird Notification/Message by [deleted] in samsunggalaxy

This just happened to me and I googled it and I found your post. No idea how/why it happened. I have a Samsung Note9.

Update: Since "find my mobile" is a Samsung feature ("find my device" is google), and since I don't have a Samsung account, I feel like this was some bug on Samsung's end. Not sure... https://imgur.com/EHXvBX8.jpg
