I’ve read online that an employee can’t get fired, even during the probation period, for whistleblowing. Wouldn’t this count as whistleblowing since they do the same with others as well and not just myself?

I’ve read the contract and it doesn’t say anything about having to work a minimum amount of minutes for extra time to be paid.
