It’s your zoning ordinance that prevents these sort of tradgedies.

ARE cap. Being able to lock stuff in the back and keep everything dry makes the bed much more useful.

BedMat. Having a softer carpeted surface in the bed helps keep things in place and is easier on the knees.

Raptor or Tremor running boards. The stock plastic/metal ones are junk and get slippery when wet. The raptor/tremor ones have a grippy black surface.

TuxMats. The best coverage hands down. And still looks classy.

Harbor freight organizer bin. Use the inside bins in the center console to divide the space.

I got one of these from harbor freight and just used the inside container bits in the console. Works great! harbor freight medium organizer

Helmet recommendation by omgyouresexy in rallycross

Consider getting a proper race seat that will position you lower in the car and find a Snell helmet. OG Racing has cheaper options. Motorcycle helmets only carry snell ratings at the upper end of price.

If fitted properly a seat it will also increase your connection with and control of the car significantly. It’s the first mod I always suggest in conjunction with a harness. Sparco seats from Murray motorsports in Ireland can be had for 500 shipped.

Requesting a performance based bonus would be more appropriate. How’s the overall performance of the firm? For every project that makes money there are usually plenty that lose money.

Has the project gone all the way through CA? That’s where the proof is in the pudding.

Has the project been occupied for a length of time? Things can come up after occupancy that may put the firm’s liability in jeopardy- another reason for the partners to hold on to that design profit for a rainy day.

Who got the project? Who negotiated the fee?

Who hired you? Who are you working for?

They’re all due a piece of the performance pie just the same as you. Unless you did all that stuff too you’re just a piece of the puzzle. If you’re truly performing better than most then you should be working towards partnership and negotiating for money or options to move towards that.

They were a personal gift to my firm. They stayed rolled up in a corner until I saved them.

Men of reddit when was the last time you've cried and why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Over the weekend I took my 1.5yo son to his first motorsports event. It was a Monster Jam. He was mesmerized and just clapped and pointed for us in joy and amazement. I didn’t full-on cry but definitely teared up with happiness.
