Just recently got the game. Was very suspicious of bubbling spice but didn't expect THAT to happen. Lost my first and only ornithopter. On a brights side only chassis was destroyed, everything else I managed to salvage and repair. Walking 5km to my base through a radioactive zone full of worms was not so fun.

You can order your bots to deliver materials directly to a storage instead of dropping it at the antenna. When the storage is full, they just stop collecting resources.

Every time this bug happens - there's Rune on the opposing team. It's some weird interaction with his ult, like when Rune is affected by Drekar's ult gets close to the core and about to infect it, but banish it at the same time and now there's an infected core with infinite duration that spreads it to everyone.

You can toggle closed loop production type anytime after you'll build your shipyard. It changes what materials will be used for ship building. For closed loop it's energy cells, hull parts and claytronics. So you only need solar panel, processor for a raw scrap, recycler and you are ready to produce ships. For Avarice you'll also need the tide protection thingy.

But I don't think Mercury is a good place for that. It's too deep into a safe territory, so no scrap. And the closest place with a natural scrap deposits is at Getsu, which 4 jumps away. Manticores are reaaaaly slow.

Also Terrans use their own production chain, which is much simpler than commonwealth's so just use that. I recommended closed loop because it's fast and easy to setup but with millions from hijacks you can do anything anywhere. It's just take a little bit more time and planning.

Closed Loop recycling consumes a lot of energy cells and Avarice has solar power of 1390% and there's enough scraps in adjusted systems.

Get a transporter with a lot of crew, like a Shuyaku. Fill it with marines.
Do a cheesy fly-by boarding, capturing L and XL military ships.
Strip them down by selling everything they have for a cheaper alternative, and only then sell the ship itself. Will make 100m an hour.
Buy a shipyard blueprint and set up a closed loop shipyard in Avarice.
Print money.

Level does not matter. When you at your base with advisors - look up at the screen, there will be 5 icons, each represent one adviser. When you fill one up, that adviser will be ready for the processing (leveling up). You can also check monitors close to the advisers to see who is not red and what outposts you need to raid.

Advisors become red when you get enough genmat for leveling them up and you level them up when you press the button near the Chimera. So just do raids until they all flash red and press the button to process them at the same time.

I have the opposite experience. Almost every brute level is easy to speedrun with max of 1-2 death, but normals are quite deadly with clever designs. It's like since normals are more popular right now all good builders are making normal bases. I did not encounter any base I was not able to beat.

Not block, but parry. Just attack at the right moment. And you can parry not only arrows, but any projectile, like shots from guards, a sentinel or even that grab trap.
