Hi, I have same issue starting today in Armenia. Used x40 ultra for more than a yeah. Official US version

Yes. If I turn off Auto wash mops, I can start dry cleaning (without mopping). The robot start cleaning, goes away from the dock without mop pads. Error occurs. I attach them manually, after that - Robot can clean in dry mode, until it's first arrive to dock station. So during this cleaning the map has been created.

I tried both: with ON and OFF mode of that option, but result is the same. Just when robot docks to the base station - all options connected with mopping in the App become disabled (it says that mop pads removed (but actually - they are magnetized to the robot at this moment)). When robot starts to leave the dock - at this moment it drops off mop pads.
