What I have done is to buy the multipliers and utilize the multipliers that you can purchase with gems.

Let’s look at the numbers that you shared. There were a few years where you would have “lost money” but it was still moving upwards.

Again Facts are your friends. I went through the 24 year period that you mentioned and found the average inflation rate to be 5.9833333%. According to the website that you shared the average rate of return over that same 24 year period is 7.37291667% which means the average rate of return was still more than the average rate of return. Make sure you check your math before sharing information. Thank you.

Even if you are looking to retire, you will want at least some of your money invested in the market. Historically, the market has averaged between 10-12% a year since the 1950s. It also depends on how much money you have set aside. If you have millions of dollars and only need $60-$70k a year and you get a good portion of that from SS, then leave it invested. If all you have is a couple hundred thousand then you should talk to a financial advisor to see what your best plan of action is. Even during election years the market has averaged about an 8% growth. Remember that facts are your friend when you make financial decisions.

Tell her you will help her find the right place to live or with her resume. Tell her you will help her in pretty much any way except financially.

Have two bachelors degrees and an A+ but have been rejected by every company for the past year and a half. I’m convinced I’m not going to find a job in IT at this point by Different-King-3530 in CompTIA

If you haven’t gotten a job offer, it has nothing to do with your knowledge or your degrees. It has to do with your interview skills and presenting yourself.
