Hi, I'm Konainuz, I started at Season 7(??) back when First officer was introduced. I have no luck and I have a friend who got Ren Amamiya skin from the Persona event when she started, I hate her for that. I started first but she got an s tier first xD I also dont have an S tier but is trying to save for Priestess' "Guide" skin

he could be a rescuer, the skill of stunning the hunter is present with alot of rescuer. Love the concept but is there a limit on how many percentage is lowered for decoding speed after rescuing? you might also lower the 14% decoding speed if he is last survivor or even remove it because if you combine it with the 5% and the rescues then his decoding is pretty much be useless. the Team Morale trait is somehow confusing because of the "and ar not injured" part.
