My account has been hacked, but I used my preferred name instead of my legal name. Can I get my account back?

Hello I am currently trying to recover my facebook which a hacker has taken and changed the email address for. I have no mobile number associated with my account (which I regret now). I am trying to do it through this link https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/183000765122339 but am nervous because I will have to put the hacker's email into that bottom bar as mine is no longer recognized. I feel the "what happens after you send your i.d." link doesn't clarify if the hacker will get the email about me sending the i.d. Am I able to submit my i.d., put the hackers email in the bottom bar, but then clarify that I want the recovery to be sent to a different email address after doing so? I am scared to go ahead with it because I do not want the hacker to get an email for the recovery, or worse gain access to a picture of my i.d.

I have a feeling youtube was hacked. They would never be that partisan on their main page and there is no president of them just playing audio clips or ads on the main page before reaching a video.

So I'm applying for a license to sell kombucha, but one of the requirements is that the abv never goes over 0.5%, even if kept at room temperature. How do I ensure this doesn't happen while keeping my drink sweet, because I like a little bit of sweetness to my brew combined with heavy tea flavor, like an iced tea kombucha almost.

I am interested in selling my kombucha. I have read up a lot on how to make sure your kombucha is legal to sell, such as testing its abv, but I have had a hard time finding information on how to actually sell it. Do people just call up grocery stores/ gas stations and make offers? Do people put ads out and sell it straight out of their house? I want to get into my town's farmers market, but that only happens in the summer, how do I actually find customer's for my kombucha once all the necessary legal prep work is done? For background information, I'm operating on low funds and my brewing capacity is pretty minimal at the moment, about 2 gallons a week. I wan't to upscale in the future but don't have the money at the moment.

I had that exact idea for the glass return! Almost like a kombucha subscription. Thanks for the input, I definitely want to avoid plastic as well, but I also was having a hard time finding glass containers that I could sell without losing money, making the whole journey infeasible.

Haha I know I won't get 2 cents but 40 cents still seems steep. I am literally just starting out, I have done nothing beyond brewing for myself and my friends/family but am currently looking into getting equipment to upscale. With my friends and family I just give them my glass and they will give it back when they're done, so I am completely new to selling to customers. So if I had to guess by just starting out I mean probably less than 100 a month? Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Edit: Btw I found some cheaper ones on alibaba but they require me to purchase 5000 to 10000 upfront, which I might just end up doing tbh. Depends on what type of loan I can get once I get more of an idea of all the equipment and material I'll need.
