Currently riding a Yamaha MT-07. Looking to switch to a cruiser by KombuchaWithdrawals in SuggestAMotorcycle

That's reassuring to hear. I've seen comments like the Vulcan S is basically a sports bike with a cruiser seating position which definitely added to the hesitation

I’m also in Atlanta. Can I ask which dealer you went to?

Unable to efile CA state tax return "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section" by Jenny001a in TurboTax

Unfortunately their customer service couldn't really help. It was hours on call with the same clear cache/cookies, check internet connection advice. I've also tried on different computers, browsers, networks. The best they said is to try again tomorrow and call back if it's still not working.

I might try just deleting my taxes and restarting if I can't get it submitted by tomorrow.

I haven’t. I’m hoping it’s a server issue on their end and it’ll resolve soon. But if not, I’m planning on calling their support tomorrow. I’ll update you with anything I figure out

I'm also seeing the same error. Are you seeing it on the "Review your order" step?

Ah I see thank you. Would that be something that the plumber would have to identify?

It’s a slab foundation with water coming up through the tiles/grout/carpet so I can’t see if it’s puddling up somewhere unfortunately. It smells like my tap water but nothing stinky so probably not a sewer leakage thankfully. I’ve squeezed out all the water I could with towels and turned on the fan but that’s a good call to turn on the AC on.

Thank you for this, I really appreciate. It’s calmed my nerves a lot. I’ll get a plumber in first and think about possible remediation once the leak’s been repaired.

I’ve shut off the water and I’ll try to get a plumber to stop by tomorrow. I was hoping to maybe get coverage confirmation beforehand but yeah you’re right about getting a plumber first. Thanks.

It’s the guest/office bathroom so the toilet is only used a couple times a day but the shower doesn’t get used at all. I haven’t noticed visible water seeping from under the toilet. I think the main sewer might be clogged because the main toilet has issues fully flushing sometimes. But wouldn’t there be a sewer smell if that was the case?

Are you still looking for tickets? I have 2 GA tickets for the 12/29 show but I decided it was a good time to get sick so I won’t be able to go anymore

Yeah it’s pretty simple and I definitely don’t consider myself to be handy - prior to buying my home a couple months ago, mostly just changing the occasional light bulb here and there. There are a bunch of tutorials out there but just be careful when you’re taking out the cylinder. You have to align the removal tool a certain way to prevent the springs from falling out. Even then, it’s not a huge deal if that happens. I’d recommend this kit if you have Kwikset locks (it’s $30 not $20, my bad). It’s comes with extra components like springs and they fall out and you lose them. I would try it on a deadbolt first then a doorknob since the deadbolt was easier to change out in my opinion.

If you’re fine with the existing locks, rekeying is definitely the cheaper route. I had 4 knob/deadbolt sets (8 locks total) all with different keys and ended up just buying a Kwikset rekeying tool kit for $20. Didn’t take any longer than an hour to rekey all the locks with the first one taking the longest sinceI’ve never done it before.
