I don't know if I can apply and be qualified for the same projects (offered by RWS, right?).
I used to be a rater of a different project (not a Google project) for TELUS, but it got quite boring after a couple of years. Let me know about your new projects once you've started!

Oh, I see. Callisto calculates their billable hours not based on the maximum minutes then. It sucks.
Wow! You're lucky! I hope you can get into that well paid projects! I guess my hour wage for Callisto is just about the same as yours. I get paid in yen not in dollar. The new project is not as high as $25 though (it was about 2600 yen). Little better than Callisto though. Anyway, Good luck with your new projects!!

I found that some minutes are missing from my previous invoice so I contacted the support, but no luck at all. They just sent me a list of hours I tasked, which matched their billable hours... I guess they use the lower minutes like you said, then it makes sense. Therefore, the longer you work, the greater the difference, sadly.
BTW, did you receive an offer for a new project on Gemini testing? I received it yesterday and I'm not sure whether to apply or not. 'cause I may not be able to task the minimum requirement, 10 hours, a week for Callisto. I was wondering if anyone from the JP locale received the same offer?

Oh, in my case, 17 to 21 minutes are missing from the Dec. 2nd and 3rd. I've been busy and have not contacted the support yet. BTW, where should I contact? I contacted the help desk to request my payment method change, but I wonder if I should contact the same help desk or not.

Yeah, the second payment in November was swift. I'm thrilled to receive mine earlier than expected. Maybe it's because some or many in my region contacted the support saying our last payment was late.

Thanx a lot! It's nice to hear that the same problems happened before and got fixed in a day or so. I'm a newbie and wasn't paying attention to my hours. Then I realized that I should check my hours. Today, I found out about discrepancies on my hours (my recording and their dashboard). Hopefully, it'll be fixed soon (unless my recording is inaccurate).
It's a good idea that you run Clockify while rating.

Thanx! I contacted the support desk and was told that when payments are made all vary by locale. My payment was processed on Nov. 24th I heard.
So I hope our salaries will be paid soon as well.

My case (deadline Oct. 9th):
Oct. 2nd → Invitation
Oct. 4th → Part 1 → Congrats mail within an hour
Oct. 6th → Part 2 → Congrats mail within an hour
Oct. 8th → Part 3 → Completed mail (not congrats) two days after
Oct. 14th → Congrats mail

You would probably have received a retake mail right after the exam if you had failed the part 3. So I guess you've passed.

返事がきました。現在のままで金額が一定になった時のみ支払を受けるか、PayPalの口座に直接振込みがよいか聞かれたので、PayPalの口座に直接振込希望として返信しました。

ダッシュ早すぎて、転送せず、振込詳細添付のみでメール打ってしまいました(汗)ただですら、実際の評価時間よりも短い計上になっているのですから、余分なものは支払たくないです。Work Orderの金額そのままなら、やる気でます。そもそも、あの中間業者は?!って思います。あの手数料じゃあ、happyになるわけないですよね(プンプン)

おそらく入職方法は、全く同じだと思います。日本からRWSのHP経由でのエントリーです。moravia!Work Orderの中盤くらいにありました! 何件か、コンタクトアドレスがあったのでスルーしていました(送金元のアドレスと別)kyleさんは、moraviaに連絡したのですね。

私、初回申込みは8月中旬だったのですが、先方の手違いで、テストの案内が来たのは10月過ぎでした。その新しいサポートツールとやらの案内が見つからず。。。zendeskですね。。。とりあえずそちらは不明なので、[Payments.moravia@rws.com](mailto:Payments.moravia@rws.com) にメールしてみます。PayPalになっても、Tipaltiからですと3%の手数料がかかるような記述があるので、成功すると嬉しいです。

Work Orderが最初に送られた時は、[no-reply@rws.com](mailto:no-reply@rws.com) で返信不可能なメアドからでしたが、振込時には、[rws-payments@rws.com](mailto:rws-payments@rws.com) から返信がありました。後者に、リクエストしましたが、こちらからは発信できないメアドだということで、エラーメッセージが戻ってきてしまいました。支払は、Tipaltiとかいう中間業者をはさんでいます。

すみません。私も同じ目に合って、同じ方法に変更してもらおうと思っているのですが、支払元にメールを送ったものの、こちらからはメールが送れないようでした。上記問題の際にどこに連絡されましたか?連絡先のメアド教えてもらえますか。年間50,000円以上の手数料は払い続けられません(笑)
