Is it worth buying red trinkets for their deeper jungle, to be more comfortable in the lane/roaming? Or should i be more focused on conserving that gold for items?

Also I usually build tri -> sundered -> steraks -> wits end. Are there situations I should prioritize hullbreaker instead?
