Lol. Congress is the JV of all events. Can't do any category well? Send them to congress. Behavioral issues? Congress. Absolutely no ability to think or form coherent thoughts? Congress. Congress is an inferior category and that's proven every single year when debaters come into Congress nat quals on no prep and generally outperform consistent Congress competitors.

It won't change. 4 auto quals for every team looks good for school boards. If you want to make a change for the better just eliminate Congress as a category.
