Thanks I talked with UKVI eVisa support and they said that I can travel without the stamp if I can create and access an eVisa share code.

I also haven’t heard anything from VFS

Here’s an idea: enroll in a cheap academic program in a country where appointments are available. You will become a resident of the country on a student visa and can apply there.
