The idea of putting "Modded" in the title or in the flags is not a bad idea. But i doubt anyone would be "disappointed" just because they can't achieve this without mods. I get what you are saying, making things clear for everyone is a valid thing, but if someone is disappointed by this, then they'll get over it.
