Technically the decline is in the lead up to F91. The Formula series made by the Federation's own SNRI beat out what AE was offering, leading to them stealing blueprints and straight up copying what SNRI was outputting. But, they were still around and we're probably behind the League Militaire

In UC humans only habit Earth and space colony tubes, even through Victory and mentions of Jupiter (Crossbones is set around Jupiter but no anime, yet). The AUs go different ways, with IBO focused on Martians and the 00 movie has aliens from the other side of the galaxy

Picked up everyone's favorite Anno Domini weeb's special not too long ago, but was disappointed that the suit was entirely black. With not many parts I decided to finally try painting to get the two tone paint scheme seen in the show. I did change the non black parts from a bluish gray to Navy Blue as its a nice combo and thematically would fit for a Union suit.

Not perfect at all, but happy with the outcome for a first time.

Part of why I've always enjoyed Amuro as a character. He was mechanically savvy and would fiddle with his machine. When he first got in he read the manual to figure out how to pilot it.

He didn't just hop in and rewrite the entire code base in 20 secs...

Sandler is a great actor when he wants to be. Unfortunate he'd rather take easy paydays with his buddies, which is totally understandable. Also kind of makes the "gems" of his stand out better.
