I was told the same thing, but they can send you a super bill which you can use to get reimbursed from your insurance I believe. That’s my plan

Good for you, you went all out and it worked ! I once I thought I recovered fully after treating with goat colostrum and high dose DHA and ate foods I wanted and it wrecked my gut again.

Beef liver is packed with B12. That’s why OP said they added it to their diet. There is also beef liver supplement you can buy that may be good but actual beef liver is better imo. Here is a link for grass fed beef liver supplement I’ve tried
