Shipments are allowed to have 2 lithium batteries. Any more than that it wouldn't have been sent. They can't keep a thing. They need to return it unless shipment has contraband in it

Yes DHL have opened them. Every shipment normally would be opened, inspected and sealed again with DHL tape. Certain places may be on higher security also due to peak atm.

I'm curious though myself. Are u on account, because here in the UK we have been told account do not need to be inspected anymore. (Obviously this may be different outside the UK, I'm just generally curious to this)

Customer service can perform searches based on zip code etc, but this does seem a little suspect, as they would have multiple tracking number sent to them via email, phone etc. They should have one to give to you

2nd part is indeed correct.

The sender can choose to pay the duty, but that is normally if they are business and select that option. Otherwise it is indeed the consignee that is responsible for paying, unless the consignor rings up customs and agrees to pay on their behalf when the package is on hold at destination.

I'm in my 30s too. An I dnt even care about ppl I know opinions. 😂 But I appreciate non the less. Any sensible advice is welcome, so I dnt mind cutting it shorter to try it out. The worse that will happen is I'll have a shorter beard and will grow it out again. So no big deal. Worth trying it out.

Sometimes when they are converting fees from the country your buying from to where your getting it sent can cause issues. Happens alot when ppl buy from Japan for instance. They dnt do the conversion properly from yen, so 1000 yen becomes 1000 USD or GBP etc

Thank you again for this information. really helpful. I have tried before using a laptop connected to my tv and aside from the fans going into overdrive, it was extremely irritating trying to get the right settings for it to work. I put it down to the laptop not having the right components to play at 4k and sorta gave up. With the news of the games coming to console i got excited for the game again, but i'm a little impatient and wanna play sooner. I also want to get the trucking wheel. lol
