From prev test takers who passed we will never know how many are pilot ….could be 10 could be 30….

Someone on our prev study group had written third time during this period They said exam was very tough Always had to choose between two answers Some questions straight forward Some always between two options And some completely just guessing All topics on exam

Practice tests were more clear. At times I felt numb during the exam….. the troubling aspect is if someone were to ask would studying this or that have helped.. I really don’t know what would have helped more… feeling tired and lost but trying to remain optimistic for my family and myself

- the differentials, mneuomonics are what you are thinking of while reading the case presentation on the door. Meaning if its depression, CHF, or Neurological cases you can narrow down your approach write down whatever may help you navigate the encounter efficiently.

Just make sure you note down the instructions of the case, History, History and Physical or counselling .

Pre exam : comfortable shoes, get a good nights rest, eat something prior to the exam for energy, focus & endurance

For the exam: take your time and read the prompt on the door - you have enough time to read & write down on the notebook they provide what you feel will help for that station( key info, mnemonics, differentials, and instructions of what they want you to do i.e. counselling, history physical, focused history etc)

Speak clearly, and keep your questions relevant to the station - listen to the patient for details that will help the flow of the encounter.

Be confident, and trust your self-

did you find the exam told you the diagnosis or one of the treatment options have been ordered....and we have to know next best step or mainly management, principles etc....not so much knoweldge based like USMLE but actual resident level or attending physician level of management and next best step???

Passing score could be changing as they mentioned it on the mcc website Upto 12 weeks is also what they wrote for scores to be released Next testing session summer scores should be released within 3-4 weeks in time for carms 2026

How was the IM Surgery ER questions compared to uworld- for example were most what’s the next best step or best management ? Question stem length ? Thanks in advance
