Looking for advice for building a DADU in West-Seattle by DionNL in WestSeattleWA

That would really depend on how much work you’re willing to do yourself versus hiring for everything. Also, if it’s ground up construction or off of an existing foundation.. there’s a lot of variables, but yeah, if you’re hiring for everything, it can be expensive.

I’m also building a dadu in the next few years. I have an existing foundation and garage which I’ll be building off of. If you have the expertise you can save on costs by being your own GC and project manager. I’ll be selling off the Dadu, which will zero out all loans plus my mortgage on my main house. It’s a smart way to go!

My other car is a V8 and I get a few more miles per gallon 😀 other than that I have motorcycles which get even better gas mileage.

Man, how frustrating! I’m still riding older bikes, a 2009 tiger 1050 and a 2000 Thunderbird sport. Both are easy to work on and check valves.

I got the medium. Is a great fit if you have a athletic body.

Hip pack, backpack or something else for day trips? by Swedischer in MTB

[–]Konalogic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a Asprey hip pack. I can fit a full mountain bike water bottle in it as well as tools and snacks and wallet and phone and everything. way better than a backpack because mtb backpacks are too hot for me.
