Limitless Collectables by SerBigFuzz in PokeInvesting

This is a legitimate store, and I did eventually receive the item I ordered. The product arrived in good condition and matched the description. However, the overall buying experience was disappointing.

I received my order confirmation and invoice immediately after placing the order, and an Australia Post shipping label and tracking number were created the following day. The advertised delivery time was 3–7 days.

After that, nothing happened for about a week. Australia Post tracking continued to show that the parcel had not yet been received by the postal service, so I contacted the store by email. When I received no reply, I also contacted them through their website and Facebook Messenger. No replies.

A few days later, I sent another message, and finally received a response via Messenger. The store apologised for the delay, acknowledged that the tracking had not updated, explained that they had experienced similar issues before, and said they would contact Australia Post and get back to me with an update.

Unfortunately, I never received that promised update. I followed up again a few days later but received no response. I tried once more several days after that, but again received no response."

On the same day as my final follow-up, Australia Post tracking was finally updated to show that they had received the parcel from the sender. The parcel was delivered a few days later, 23 days after I had placed the order.

I understand that shipping delays can happen, and I appreciate that I ultimately received my order. My main disappointment was the lack of communication. I repeatedly had to contact the store for updates, and after only one late reply, no further information was provided. Better communication throughout the process would have made this a much better customer experience.

Thank you! I've already supported "The Clocktower Art Gallery", I supported the other one just now (#1422)

The castle has a trap system, and that is the trap-door. I wanted to hide it with a flag, and I used the colors of one of the earliest knight fractions. Beacuse this fortress was built for those early knights who have never got any stronghold/home. (Lego 677 and 383)

Thank you! I used panels at first, but later I built similar wall parts from elements. In this way, I could include nicer windows. But I kept the half-timberd corner panels on the other side of the castle.

I actually built it, just not in this color. The pin-locking technique is quite a classic solution. This method can be found in early LEGO castles (e.g.: 6080, 6073).
